Dedicated to truth, movement, and community
Lamb is dedicated to delivering biblical truth and the understanding of scripture, verse by verse — drawing on theologians like Charles Spurgeon, R.C. Sproul, and John MacArthur. Lamb also has a desire to see people move better physically by suggesting exercises tailored to individual challenges.
Meet Coach J
Grace to you brothers and sisters. Ten years ago, I was saved by the Grace of God after my heart stopped for several minutes — prompting me to relearn how to walk, write, and speak. While recovering, I took my passion for fitness and built the skills to coach and specialize in programming for a variety of needs. I studied under Dr. John Rusin's Pain-free Performance team, Chris Hitchko of Show Up Fitness, and Dr. Justin Farnsworth with ProAP.
